At Thakeham Homes we are always looking to purchase land for building across Sussex, Surrey and into Hampshire.

We purchase land that has planning permission or land that requires it to be obtained.

With a team of specialist planning consultants, we are quite happy to enter into an agreement with the land owner at the earliest stage. We will then design a scheme maximising the sites potential. Working with the planning authorities we create schemes that compliment the surroundings, enhancing the local community whilst addressing the planning requirements.

This tends to reduce the time taken to achieve a satisfactory conclusion. In our experience the chances of success are dramatically increased.

As we are prepared to fund the process, we effectively absorb the costs and stress.
